These Terms and Conditions define the legal framework for the use of the website and services offered by Agentic Shop Builder. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and merchants (“Users”) of the website and services provided by Agentic Shop Builder, operated by the founders in Basel, Switzerland (“Provider”). The services are currently in an early beta phase and include access to information about agentic commerce, joining a waitlist, and participation in early product testing.

A binding contractual relationship arises when a user registers on the website (for example, by joining the waitlist or participating in the beta program) or when they otherwise agree to use Agentic Shop Builder’s services.

Agentic Shop Builder is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform in development that will enable merchants to connect their products to AI-powered systems like ChatGPT via the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP). During the current phase, the service is limited to providing a waitlist, early communication, and beta testing opportunities. The platform is continuously evolving and may change without prior notice.

At this early stage, Agentic Shop Builder is offered free of charge for waitlist and beta participants. Future versions of the platform may include paid services or transaction fees, which will be transparently communicated in advance. Payments, when applicable, will be processed securely via Stripe.

Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and onboarding. Merchants participating in the beta phase are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded products and content comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Agentic Shop Builder is provided 'as is' during its development phase. The Provider assumes no liability for interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service. Participation in the beta phase is at the user’s own risk.

Users may withdraw from the waitlist or delete their data at any time by contacting the Provider. Beta participants can request deletion of their accounts and data during or after the testing period.

The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time as the platform evolves. Users will be notified of significant changes and may be asked to agree to the updated version before continuing to use the service.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Basel, Switzerland.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with one that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
